Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellation and refunds for subscriptions to Inburg's event management platform, operated by Inburg India Private Limited ("Inburg," "we," "us," or "our").

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at the email below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged for the next period.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, or cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge without having meaningfully used the Service in that period, contact us and we'll review it for a refund. Refunds are not provided for partial use of a billing period outside of this window.

What happens to your data after cancellation

Your account and data remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, access is suspended; data is retained for a reasonable period in case you reactivate, and deleted on request — contact us to request deletion sooner.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email us at the address below with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
